The White Phoenix

Rite of passage for Women
Remembering who we are, Reclaiming what is ours, Rising together

There is fire within you, burning still from the fires of those who came before you. Their pain, their power, their prayers.

There comes a time to tend that fire, to feel where it was snuffed out or watered down. A time to rekindle it with breath, with truth, with loving awareness

The White Phoenix is a space of remembering and tending that ancient fire. A gathering of women and girls from all walks of life, returning to the wild wisdom of our bodies and of our ancestors. Reclaiming the healing power of breath, of sound, of movement.

A modern day rite of passage and return to the sacred transitions that were once honoured. The sacred rites of passage many of us were denied, forgotten or forced to navigate alone.

This is for the women who followed all the rules and for the ones who broke them.

For those who tried to fit and those who never could.

For the ones who have hidden and for those who are “too much!”.  For the daughters of exiled women, silent mothers, forgotten grandmothers.

For the wild ones, the weary ones and the ones who still remember that we are here to walk each other home.

What This Day Holds

A deep dive into your lineage, your nervous system and your soul’s longing to be in alignment with your true purpose.

You’ll be held through four potent practices:

Ancestral Movement™️ with Cherry Jarrett

Awaken the wisdom in your blood.
This practice activates dormant epigenetic memory through movement, breath and ritual. You’ll explore and release ancestral entanglements, restore belonging and reconnect with the strength of your lineage.
Guided by systemic constellations, story and the intelligence of your own body.

Blue Lotus Ceremony & 9D Somatic Breathwork with Mahi Wolf

We begin with a  Blue Lotus ceremony, drinking this ancient plant ally in ritual to open the heart, soften resistance, and deepen presence.
A powerful somatic breathwork journey to heal ancestral lines, releasing inherited trauma, cutting energetic cords, reclaiming voice and sovereignty.

You will be guided with hands-on energy work and nervous system support as needed.
This is a space where sound, stillness and silence are all welcome.  Held with trauma-informed care and consent. www.wolfspirit.community

Gong Bath + Sound Healing with Sunita

Enter the field of vibration.
Let your body be recalibrated by sacred sound. Gongs, voice and other healing frequencies that work beyond the mind. This is a space for integration, nervous system rest and cellular re-alignment. www.sunitakaur.com

Why We Work With the Ancestral wisdom

Our family and ancestral lines shape us in ways we often cannot see.
Unhealed trauma doesn’t just live in the past, it ripples through our choices, relationships, fears and patterns.

When we heal the past, we free the future and step into our true sovereignty.

This day is an invitation to take your place in the circle. To honour your roots, clear what no longer belongs and live from a place of wholeness.

You’ll have space to connect with your spiritual lineage and your sisters. To explore your identity in context and to reweave your story with conscious intent.

You Will Leave With:

A deeper connection to your heart, body, breath and true self

Sacred tools for emotional release and integration

A felt sense of belonging to something ancient and real

Connection with a community of women walking the path of remembrance

A renewed sense of vitality, authenticity, clarity and freedom

 Who Is This For?

This space is open to all who identify as women, across generations, cultures and faiths.
You don’t need to be experienced in movement, breathwork, or healing. You just need to be willing to arrive as you are.
