Wolf Spirit Community holds guided 9D Breathwork journeys — immersive sessions of breath, multi-dimensional sound and somatic release that help you shed what you've been carrying and reconnect with your own wild, quiet centre.
A community for people who are done carrying it alone.
We gather in nature and in candlelit rooms to breathe together. No experience needed, nothing to believe in — just your breath, a pair of headphones, and the willingness to meet whatever rises. People leave lighter than they arrived.
01 — THE METHOD
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D combines conscious connected breathing with nine layers of sound — binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, 432Hz music, somatic cues and guided coaching — delivered through headphones for a full-system reset in a single session.

Nervous system reset
Move out of chronic fight-or-flight and into a grounded, regulated state where calm becomes your default.

The breath bypasses the thinking mind, letting stored grief, anger and fear surface, move and leave the body.

02 — THE JOURNEY
What a session looks like
1.Arrive & ground
We open the circle, set intentions and settle onto our mats. You'll be shown the breath pattern — simple, and fully guided throughout.
2.Breathe the journey
Headphones on, eyes closed. For 60–90 minutes the nine dimensions of sound carry you as the breath does its work.
3.Integrate & share
We land gently, with time to rest, journal and — if you wish — share in circle. Tea, blankets and no rush.

Held by someone who's walked it
Wolf Spirit Community is guided by a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator, trained in somatic release, breath science and holding safe space for deep emotional work.
Every journey is held with care: you'll never be pushed, only invited. Whether it's your first breath session or your fiftieth, you'll be met exactly where you are.

Questions, answered
I've never done breathwork — can I come?
Absolutely. Every journey is fully guided from start to finish, and most of our community started as complete beginners. You'll be shown the breath pattern before we begin, and you can soften or pause at any time.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and comfortable clothes. Mats, blankets, headphones and herbal tea are all provided. For outdoor journeys, bring warm layers.
Is 9D Breathwork safe for everyone?
It's powerful work, so it isn't suitable during pregnancy or for those with certain heart, blood-pressure or seizure conditions. If unsure, message us before booking — gentler options are always available.
How do I book?
