9D Breathwork pairs conscious connected breathing with nine scientifically structured layers of audio, delivered through headphones. While the breath opens the body, the sound works on the brain — shifting you into the alpha and theta states where stored tension and old patterns finally release.

Powerful work, held with care
Deep breathing changes your body chemistry — that's the point, and it's also why we take safety seriously. Every journey is guided by a certified facilitator, groups are kept small, and you always breathe at your own edge, never past it.
You're always in control
Soften the breath or return to normal breathing at any moment — intensity is an invitation, not a requirement.
Not suitable for everyone
Pregnancy, epilepsy, and certain heart or blood-pressure conditions mean this style of breathwork isn't right for you — message us and we'll suggest gentler options.
Everything provided
Professional headphones, mats, blankets and eye masks are part of every session — just bring comfortable clothes.
