Dr Sally Pears: Psychotherapist & Sound Healer
Sally Pears is a psychotherapist and sound healer offering one-to-one psychotherapy and individual sound-healing sessions.
Psychotherapy
Regular Sessions
50-minute appointments, weekly or fortnightly, providing steady, ongoing therapeutic support.
Intensive Sessions
Half-day (4-hour) or full-day (8-hour, including breaks and a meal pause) sessions provide a real break from the pressures of daily life and create space to explore topics that may not be easily reached in a standard session. These longer appointments can include a blend of talk therapy and sound healing if desired, and allow time for natural pauses, such as walking or simply being in nature, to support deeper reflection.
Sound Healing
Sound healing works with vibration and resonance to help the body and nervous system return to natural balance. It can reduce stress, ease tension, support emotional release, and foster clarity, creativity, and a sense of connection.
Sessions are 60 minutes, beginning with a brief consultation and using instruments such as crystal and Tibetan bowls, voice, gong, drum, and tuning forks.
